This June, our team is taking on an exciting challenge: walking the equivalent of the entire coastline of Wales - and we're doing it one step at a time! With teams of four, each person is aiming to walk 10,000 steps per day. If we all stay on track, we'll collectively cover the full distance of the Welsh coast! Our teams are racing to see who can walk the furthest and fastest, all while raising money for an amazing local cause. We're proud to be supporting Matthew's House, a brilliant charity dedicated to helping those in need across our community. Every step we take - and every pound we raise - will go toward supporting their vital work.

Matthew's House is a beacon of hospitality and hope for the city's most vulnerable residents. This volunteer-driven initiative offers a range of essential services:

Matt's Café: A pay-as-you-feel café that transforms surplus food into nutritious meals, ensuring everyone has access to hot food regardless of their financial situation.
Dignity Packs: Providing hygiene essentials like toothbrushes, deodorant, and sanitary products to those in need.
Matt's Showers & Laundry: Offering shower and laundry facilities to help individuals maintain personal hygiene and dignity.
Matt's Buddies: Trained volunteers who provide one-on-one support, assisting guests in navigating housing, benefits, and other challenges.
Community Engagement: Hosting a community choir and providing a welcoming space for connection and support.

At the end of the month, we'll come together to celebrate everyone's accomplishments at a special recognition event. And to round off the challenge, we'll be lacing up our trainers for a real-world walk from our Swansea office to Mumbles - a perfect way to finish what we started!
